Nuero-Diversity – Everyone Has A Place In The Workplace

Christa is engaged in a very interesting cause – and making a difference. Through her experience in the workplace and realizing at the age of 29 that she was on the spectrum, she has become an autistic self-advocate. Christa has a background in recruiting and employee retention and has found her way to identify with a term referred to as neuro-divergence. She has focused her entrepreneurial spirit in working with organizations to make the recruiting and hiring process and company workspaces more accessible for autistic team members.

More about Christa

The Neurodivergent Rebel opened their blog in 2016 as a way to introduce people unfamiliar with the concept of neurodiversity to this new way of seeing neurological difference. The blog, which is sometimes released in written format and sometimes as a YouTube video, explores the ideology of neurodiversity and the creative expressions of autistic people. Holmans’ blog pushes for acceptance of neurological difference and respect for the autonomy of neurodivergent people.
